Strawberry, Tocos & Almond Morning Milk

Strawberry Almond Milk Locos Smoothie.jpg

I'm going to get straight to the point: if you aren't drinking strawberry almond milk in the morning, then you're missing out on one of life's greatest wonders. OK, so this might be an exaggeration, but as someone who was never into strawberry milk as a child, I'm obsessed with it in my adulthood.  So I hope you enjoy the simple energy boosting grown up version as much as I do.

This is a basic recipe with one not-so-basic ingredient: tocos.  It's a completely natural, super rich source of Vitamin E that comes straight from the bran of organically grown brown rice, unlike many vitamin E products that are synthesized from soy beans.

Why should you add tocos to your daily regimen?

Research shows that Vitamin E is beneficial for skin, connective tissue and healthy muscle function, as well was as preventing cardiovascular disease and atherosclerosis and lowering the risk of respiratory infections, like the common cold.  It's rich vanilla flavor also makes it the perfect addition to smoothies, creamy concoctions or, in this case, a morning milk.

I use the Sun Potion Tocos because it tastes great, and it is loaded with nutrients and minerals such as Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5. B6, C. E, Folic Acid, Biotin, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium,Iron, Zinc and more.  Need I say more?
