How to Use

FOR HEAT THERAPY: Fold the compress in half and place in the microwave. Heat on low for 30 seconds at a time, flipping between increments until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 1.5 minutes). Always monitor while heating and test the temperature of your wrap before applying it to your skin.

FOR COLD THERAPY: Store in the freezer until ready to use.

Our Story

“I launched GLIG from a deeply personal space as my love affair with good health and good taste. As I shared my expertise in aromatherapy and herbal alchemy, passion for non-toxic skincare, and healthy eating, I realized something was missing: a focus on nourishing our energy. As life became more hectic and stressful, I turned to rituals my mother learned as a youth in Santo Domingo and had passed on to me, including the art of smudging. This helped me heal as I navigated tragic life events like grieving the loss of loved ones, but then I started to incorporate it into my wellness routine and realized this was the key to maintaining the energy I needed to sustain the life I wanted. By devoting time and effort to my energy practice, I was able to not only survive, but thrive as I navigated life’s joys and challenges. I shared GLIG with friends, they shared it with others, and now my hope is that you discover how transformative nourishing your energy can be.”
