Yes — GLIG is our abbreviated name. Anytime you see GLIG across the site, email, or social media, it refers to Good Living Is Glam.

We’re committed to sustainability and continually seek ways to reduce our environmental footprint — from packaging to sourcing.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Many of our offerings are cruelty-free, and we prioritize partners who uphold these standards. Look for the cruelty-free symbol on individual product pages.
HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS AND INGREDIENTS?
Good Living Is Glam products are carefully crafted based on ancient
practices, a simple and natural approach to wellness, and a deep knowledge of
aromatherapy. Our founder, Gina, constantly researches ingredients and
products; our team always tests the products in our personal lives and homes.
When launching Good Living Is Glam in 2017, Gina also pursued a certification
in aromatherapy at Aromahead Institute (200+ hours of training and coursework
accredited by AIA, NAHA and IFPA) to enrich her knowledge and ensure we always
follow the safest practices.

FAQs ORDERS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@goodlivingisglam.com within 14 days of the order delivery date. You are responsible for the return shipping costs back to our returns processing center; there are NO restocking fees.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please email us a photo and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
All returns are accepted at the discretion of Good Living Is Glam. Please ensure your return is packaged securely so it arrives undamaged. Used items cannot be refunded or credited.
IMPORTANT: If your order included a Gift With Purchase, and your return makes you ineligible for that gift, please return the gift with your order. If it is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Non-returnable / non-refundable items include:
- Smudge sticks and bundles
- Gifts With Purchase
- Sale items
- Used items
- Items delivered more than 14 days ago
Returns received outside of our policy will not be credited.
Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. As a small business, processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?
To bring you a wider range of wellness offerings, we partner with trusted third-party makers and certified suppliers who align with our quality and sourcing values.
Some products ship directly from these partners, which means your order may arrive in multiple packages, often on different days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENTS IF ITEMS SHIP SEPARATELY?
Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which you’ll receive by email as soon as it leaves its respective location. All tracking information is also visible on your order status page.
WILL I PAY EXTRA SHIPPING IF ITEMS SHIP SEPARATELY?
No. You only pay the shipping cost shown at checkout — even if your order is fulfilled by multiple partners and arrives in separate packages.
DO PARTNER-FULFILLED PRODUCTS HAVE DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES?
Yes. Shipping times can vary depending on the partner’s location and product availability.

Please note that we operate on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Shipping, which means that duties, taxes and fees are not included in our cost at checkout, and you will need to pay them to the carrier (either DHL or UPS) prior to receiving your order. CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away to ensure
prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as
soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please

MY TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED; BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Packages can occasionally be marked delivered a bit early, or delivered to the wrong address.
We recommend:
- Waiting 48–72 business hours
- Checking with neighbors
- Contacting your local post office
If theft is suspected, please notify local authorities.
