IS GLIG THE SAME AS GOOD LIVING IS GLAM?
Yes. The abbreviation GLIG is used where brevity is the best option. So
if you see GLIG on the site, across social media or in an email, you can rest
assured that it is in reference to Good Living is Glam.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?
We're committed to sustainability and are always looking for ways to
minimize our environmental footprint, from packaging to product sourcing.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
We prioritize cruelty-free products and many of our offerings are
certified as such. Look for the cruelty-free symbol on product pages for
assurance.
HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS AND INGREDIENTS?
Good Living Is Glam products are carefully crafted based on ancient
practices, a simple and natural approach to wellness, and a deep knowledge of
aromatherapy. Our founder, Gina, constantly researches ingredients and
products; our team always tests the products in our personal lives and homes.
When launching Good Living Is Glam in 2017, Gina also pursued a certification
in aromatherapy at Aromahead Institute (200+ hours of training and coursework
accredited by AIA, NAHA and IFPA) to enrich her knowledge and ensure we always
follow the safest practices.

FAQs ORDERS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@goodlivingisglam.com within 14
days of the order delivery date. You are responsible for the returns shipping
costs back to our returns processing center. If you have received a defective
or damaged item, please email us a picture of the item and we will ship a
replacement at no cost to you.
All returns are accepted at the discretion of Good Living Is Glam. We
ask that you please ensure your return is packaged in a way that it will be
received undamaged.
Used items will not be refunded or credited.
IMPORTANT: If your order included a Gift With
Purchase and you return any portion of the order, disqualifying you from the
gift, we ask that you please return your gift. Should the gift not be returned,
the value of the gift will be subtracted from the refund or store credit if the
return disqualifies the order from gift eligibility.

Returns received that fall outside of our return policy will not be
credited. Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer, and not Good
Living Is Glam. Once your return is received and processed, we will reach out

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and Discover, as well as ApplePay.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of
purchase; we are a small business and our processing times may be longer from
time to time. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information
once your order is on its way.

We ship all orders with USPS and offer 3 options.
United States:
Standard: 3-5 days from the time of shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the weight
of your order.
Free shipping for orders over $75 before taxes
Expedited - USPS Priority Mail

International
Standard only - USPS Priority mail International
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the weight
of your order.
Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away to ensure
prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as
soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please

MY TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED; BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We have recently seen several cases where packages are prematurely
marked delivered before arriving at your address. It's also possible that the
package was delivered to the wrong address. We recommend waiting 48-72 business
hours to give the package a little more time to arrive, as well as reaching out
to your neighbors to ask if they received your package by mistake. If you
suspect theft, please report it to your local authorities or post office.
