The Complete Spa Ritual Guide

A Full-Body Reset for Radiance, Circulation & Deep Calm

This ritual is designed to guide you through intentional layers of release — energetic, physical, and emotional.

Rather than simply taking a bath, you are preparing your body, clearing your space, and restoring your nervous system.

Set aside 30–60 minutes where you will not be interrupted.

Silence your phone. Dim the lights. Begin slowly.

STEP 1 — Cleanse the Energy

Take one piece of bamboo charcoal from your Nourish Your Energy Herbal Incense jar and place it in your Abalone Shell & Wooden Stand.

Light the tip of the charcoal until it turns red, then place one spoonful of incense atop the charcoal. Allow the fragrant smoke to rise. You can also build your scent, by choosing your preferred botanicals and resins from the jar.

Move the shell slowly around your bathroom or ritual space.

As the smoke rises, inhale deeply and exhale fully three times.

Purpose: Smoke cleansing has long been used across cultures to clear stagnant energy and mark the beginning of intentional rest. This signals to your nervous system that it is safe to unwind.

STEP 2 — Stimulate & Prepare the Body

Before entering the bath, use your Eco-Friendly Dry Brush on completely dry skin.

Brush in long strokes upward toward the heart:

  • Feet to thighs
  • Hands to shoulders
  • Circular motions on abdomen

Avoid the face and sensitive areas.

Benefits of dry brushing:

  • Stimulates lymphatic flow
  • Encourages detoxification
  • Gently exfoliates
  • Enhances absorption during bathing
  • Improves circulation

Move slowly. This is not about speed. It is about awakening.

STEP 3 — Mineral Restoration

Fill your tub with warm (not hot) water.

Add a generous handful of Afterglow Bath Salts and allow them to dissolve fully.

The mineral-rich salts help:

  • Ease muscle tension
  • Soothe inflammation
  • Support relaxation
  • Promote deeper sleep

Place your Eye Mask over your eyes and step into the water slowly.

Darkness deepens relaxation and shifts the body into parasympathetic mode.

STEP 4 — Botanical Infusion

Once settled, add your Herbal Bath Tea directly into the water.

Let the botanicals steep naturally around you.

These herbs are selected to:

  • Nourish the skin
  • Calm the mind
  • Gently soften tension
  • Enhance aromatic therapy

Soak for 20–30 minutes.

If helpful, try this breathing rhythm:
Inhale 4 counts
Hold 7 counts
Exhale 8 counts

STEP 5 — Extend the Afterglow

To deepen the state of relaxation and melt away stress, place the weighted eye mask over your eyes while enjoying the bath. The mask can also be chilled or  heated for 30 seconds and allowed to cool until safe and comfortable before using.

Step out carefully and pat dry.

Place your Neck Wrap around your shoulders:

  • Warmed to relax tension (microwave in 30 seconds increments to reach the desired level of heat)
  • Chilled to reduce inflammation (chill in freezer)

Lie down and rest for 10–15 minutes.

This final stage allows your body to fully absorb the benefits of the ritual.

Do not rush this part.
